world_idea: WORK PLACEMENT !!!!

Hello guys...
In this opportunity, I would like share about my work placement :)

So, this week is the first week I get started working at my work placement.. I was really excited for my first week.. The first time is always be the best moment ever..
In my humble opinion, I could say that I and my counterpart were given the best ever work placement!!
We work at Wonder'neath Studio.. So, Wonder'neath Studio is an independently owned and operated studio for artists in Halifax's north end. It is located at 2891 Isleville Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia B3K 3X6..
Being and working here are the most amazing experience in my life.. We work on Tuesday - Thursday, just 3 days a week..

For your information, wonder'neath is the place where we meet up with the group and we did our Community Orientation Week here !(Halifax - Depok, Canada World Youth). Amazing eh!

The owners of the wonder'neath are used to be a hostfam for Indonesia Canada World Youth, but this year they decided to not become hostfam because they were too busy with the opening of this studio.. Well, life must go on.. :) I should tell you guys, they are amazing, totally amazing !

In the first day of volunteering, we did a mono printing.. I never did mono printing before, that's why I was so excited to do it.. Simon did mono printing before in high school, so he showed me how to do mono printing.. We used glasses, some inks, and paint brush to do mono printing, but I did it with my own hand too :) It was so much fun.. Unforgettable moment !! We also cut fabric into triangle shape and we made banner from it.. As I always said, the first time is always be the best moment ever..

In the second day of volunteering, we sewed the triangles that we cut yesterday.. I was so tired and frustrated to sew those things.. I couldn't make a good line when I sewed them.. For me they were like a disaster, but my boss and my counterpart just said those were great and nice.. Lol! But I was still happy and enjoyed my work at that time :p Not as bad as I thought ... Hahahaa.. I need to be confident tho!

In the third day of volunteering, Melissa, one of my boss, asked us to do screen printing.. Hell ya! That must be amazing tho besides did mono printing on Tuesday ago.. So, I and Simon sketched our own design and then we cut it.. The best part was when I printed it.. Oh God ! It was awesome.. I loved it so much..
